Facilitating Learning Communities builds teachers’ and trainers' capacity to create inclusive, participatory and psychologically safe learning communities. This 7-day workshop-based programme equips educators with practical tools for active learning, group dynamics, facilitation, coaching, reflection, learner motivation and the ethical use of AI-supported tools in education. The course is designed for formal and non-formal education settings and combines practical activities, collaborative learning and reflection methods that can be transferred directly into participants’ own teaching contexts.
Target audience: teachers, adult educators, trainers, facilitators, vocational education teachers, youth workers, department heads, learning coordinators, managerial and administrative staff.
Group size: up to 20 participants for hands-on practice, peer learning and personalised feedback.
